Inza Club is a place to sing, practise and play. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Be good to the room

Keep your account secure. Don’t harass others, upload unlawful material, misuse someone else’s identity or rights, or try to access accounts or systems without permission.

Your music stays yours

You keep ownership of your uploads. Upload only material you control or have permission to use, including the composition, recording, lyrics, artwork and video. Any collaborators’ permissions must cover your use here.

You give Inza Club a non-exclusive licence to store, process, compress and play those uploads to provide the service, and to display and share them according to the visibility you choose. Private uploads remain account-restricted; published songs can be accessed and shared by listeners. This does not transfer ownership or give us an unrestricted right to sell your music.

You can remove or unpublish your songs. Copies someone already lawfully downloaded or shared may remain outside our control. Tell us about a rights concern through our contact link below.

Singing and sharing

Get permission before recording or sharing another person. A song’s availability here does not automatically give you permission for every use on another platform. Scores are estimates for play and practice, not professional vocal or medical advice. Stop if singing feels uncomfortable.

The service

Features, songs and availability may change. We may remove unlawful material or restrict misuse. We aim to keep things working, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or perfectly accurate charts. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian consumer guarantees.
